1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

   1.1. All bookings are subject to availability.

   1.2. Cancellations made within [24 hours] of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

   1.3. Cancellations made with adequate notice will not incur any fees.

 

2. Service Standards

   2.1. Our chauffeurs are committed to providing safe, courteous, and professional service at all times.

   2.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a threat to the safety and well-being of our chauffeurs or other passengers.

 

3. Payment Terms

   3.1. Payment is due before the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

   3.2. We accept various forms of payment, including cash and credit cards (not AMEX). Payment via credit card may be subject to processing fees.

 

4. Passenger Conduct

   4.1. Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the journey.

   4.2. Any damage caused to the vehicle or its contents by a passenger will be the financial responsibility of the passenger.

 

5. Liability

   5.1. While we take all necessary precautions, we are not liable for any delays, loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

   5.2. We do not accept liability for any items left in the vehicle by passengers.

 

6. Travel Routes

   6.1. Our chauffeurs will follow the most efficient and safe routes to the destination unless instructed otherwise by the passenger.

   6.2. Changes to the journey route or schedule may incur additional charges.

 

7. Vehicle Usage

   7.1. Our vehicles are to be used solely for the transportation of passengers and their personal belongings. Any other use of the vehicle is prohibited.

 

8. Complaints and Feedback

   8.1. Any complaints or feedback should be reported to our customer service department within a reasonable time frame after the service has been provided.

 

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
