How is payment taken?

Payment will always be taken before your journey begins. Payment for jobs can be paid via bank transfer or with most credit and debit cards (unfortunately not AMEX). Your preferred method of payment can be discussed upon making your booking!

 

We have one or two extra passengers can they share a seat?

Definitely not, our vehicles are insured and licensed for a maximum of eight passengers only.

 

We have babies/young children in our group, are they safe to travel?

Yes of course, we provide suitable car seats for any young travellers!

 

Do you only operate in the UK?

No, we do cover all parts of Europe. For example, over the last year we’ve had two trips to Paris, one trip to Monaco, one to Cologne and a short trip to Bruges.

 

Do you allow alcohol consumption in your vehicles?

Yes of course, as long as it is in moderation!

 

Are you allowed food in the vehicle?

Yes, little snacks and sandwiches are fine.

But definitely no hot food or ice cream, sorry!

 

Is there any drinks or snacks provided?

We will always ensure water and soft drinks are in the fridges for your journey, but we do not provide snacks or alcoholic beverages!

 

Do you supply games for the PlayStation?

Unfortunately not, sorry! But you are more than welcome to bring your own. Just please check what console will be in your designated vehicle, as we have a PlayStation 4 and a PlayStation 5.

 

Is there a limit to how long we can hire the vehicle for?

Not at all. We are able to cater any time frame or any required mileage!

 

 Is there a cleaning charge?

We know there will always be a bit of rubbish, so we do supply rubbish bags. But if excessive rubbish is left behind, in the back of any of our vehicles, a small fee will be charged.
